Brand Configuration
Brand profiles, content rules, and team management.
Brand Profile
Each brand in Solstice has a dedicated profile that serves as the central configuration hub. The Brand Profile contains:
- Brand identity: Name, logo, and brand assets
- Drug information: Drug type and therapeutic area classification
- Target audience: HCP specialties, patient demographics, and targeting details
- ISI information: Important Safety Information content for different document types (Brief Summary, Full PI, Consumer Brief Summary)
- Brand websites: Approved website URLs for linking in content
- Marketing team: Team member directory and roles
Brand Rules
Brand Rules define the guardrails the AI follows during content generation. Rules are organized into three categories:
Brand Rules
General brand guidelines covering tone of voice, messaging principles, terminology preferences, and visual standards. These apply across all content types.
Content-Type Rules
Rules specific to individual content formats — email, banner, slide deck, video, social, or program. For example, email-specific rules might dictate subject line length, CTA placement, or ISI inclusion requirements. Each content type has its own rule set that the AI enforces during generation.
FDA Rules
Regulatory compliance rules aligned with FDA promotional guidelines. These rules govern fair balance requirements, claim substantiation standards, and mandatory disclosure placement.
Rule Management
Rules support full CRUD operations:
- Create new rules with a title, description, and content (supports markdown)
- Edit existing rules and preview changes before saving
- Organize rules into categories with a sortable table view
- Delete rules that are no longer applicable
Additional Settings
- UTM Rules: Configure UTM tracking parameters that are automatically applied to links in generated content.
- Risk Tolerance:Set the brand's risk tolerance level, which influences how conservatively the AI approaches claim generation and compliance flagging.
- Design Bible:Upload and view the brand's design bible/guidelines document for reference during content creation.
- Content Types: Configure which content types are available for the brand. Disabled types will not appear in the Content Dashboard quick actions.
Team Management
Invite team members to join a brand workspace. Members can be assigned roles that control their access to features and content. The brand profile displays all current members with their roles. Team members are notified of review requests, task assignments, and other relevant activity through in-app notifications.
Brand Creation
New brands are created through a multi-step wizard that guides you through setting up the brand name, therapeutic focus, uploading brand materials, defining initial content rules, and inviting team members. Each step can be completed or skipped and configured later from the Brand Profile.
