Customer Data Deletion Request

Solstice Health is committed to your data privacy rights. Use this form to submit a request to delete your organization's data from the Solstice platform.

What to expect

Acknowledgment within 2 business days. Our data privacy team will confirm receipt of your request and may reach out to verify your identity and authorization.

Data deletion within 30 days. All Customer Content, account data, and associated metadata will be permanently deleted from our production systems within 30 days of a verified request.

Backup purge within 90 days. Residual copies in encrypted backups will be purged within 90 days of the deletion date. We will provide written confirmation once all data has been fully removed.

Scope of deletion

A data deletion request covers the following categories:

  • Customer Content — all uploaded documents, brand materials, clinical references, and design assets
  • Generated Output — all AI-generated content, blueprints, and exported files
  • Claims & annotations — saved claims, fact-check results, and review annotations
  • Account data — user profiles, team configurations, and brand settings
  • Usage logs — activity logs and analytics data associated with your organization
  • Veeva Vault connection data — stored credentials and linked document references

Aggregated, anonymized usage metrics that cannot be linked back to your organization may be retained for service improvement purposes.
