Library
Centralized asset management across your brand.
Overview
The Library is a centralized repository for all brand assets organized across five tabs. Assets stored in the Library are available throughout the platform — in the Content Workspace for AI-assisted creation, in Claim Studio for reference-backed claims, and in the Fact Check viewer for source verification.
Library Tabs
References
Clinical reference documents used for fact-checking and claim substantiation. Upload PDFs, journal articles, prescribing information, or clinical study reports. Documents are automatically indexed for AI-powered search and citation.
MLR-Approved Assets
Previously approved promotional content that can be used as a starting point for new materials. When creating or editing content, you can select prior approved pieces to guide the AI, ensuring continuity with previously cleared messaging.
Design Elements
Brand images, logos, icons, and other visual assets. Design elements are available for insertion during content editing — use the image replacement tool in the workspace editor to swap placeholder images with approved brand visuals.
Templates
Content templates that define approved structural frameworks for each content type. Templates enforce brand-consistent layouts while allowing the AI to populate content based on your brief.
Claims
Approved clinical claims generated through Claim Studio or exported from fact-check reviews. The claims library supports search, grouping, and deduplication. Claims saved here are available for reuse across all content creation activities.
Upload & Management
- Bulk upload: Upload multiple files at once with drag-and-drop. Files are automatically categorized based on type and metadata.
- Versioning: All assets support version history. Upload a new version of any file and the system maintains the full history with diff comparisons.
- Deduplication: Built-in deduplication tools identify duplicate or near-duplicate assets and claims, helping keep your library clean.
- Bulk annotation: Apply metadata annotations to multiple assets at once for efficient organization.
- Preview: Preview files directly in the browser, including PDFs, images, CSV/Excel data, and HTML documents.
Claims Library
The Claims tab includes a specialized master-detail layout. The left panel lists claim groups and individual claims with search and filtering. Selecting a claim opens a preview panel showing the full claim text, citation details, version history, and associated reference documents. A gallery view is available for visual browsing of claims in context.
