Veeva Vault Integration
Solstice integrates directly with Veeva Vault — the industry-standard document management system for pharmaceutical compliance workflows.
Authentication
Connect to your organization's Veeva Vault instance by entering your Vault credentials. Once authenticated, you can browse, search, and interact with Vault documents directly from within Solstice.

Content created in Solstice can be exported in multiple formats to support downstream workflows:

Export options are configurable per organization. Certain formats may be restricted based on your client configuration.
File Attachment Sources
When creating or editing content, you can attach supporting files from multiple sources through a unified upload dialog:
- Clinical References: Documents from your brand's reference library
- Prior Approved Content: MLR-approved assets from your library
- Veeva Vault Files: Documents from your connected Veeva instance
- Design Assets: Images, logos, and brand elements from the design library
- Custom Upload: Drag-and-drop upload of any file (PDF, DOCX, PPT, images)
HCP Messaging
The HCP Messaging module supports communication workflows targeted at Healthcare Professionals. View message threads, compose replies, and leverage AI-suggested message content. Messages are managed within the Content Dashboard context.
Analytics
The Analytics section provides visibility into platform usage and productivity metrics:
- Account details — user profile, company info, file counts
- Activity overview — usage metrics over time
- Hours saved — estimated time savings from AI-assisted content creation
- Visual charts for tracking content production trends
Authentication & Access
Solstice supports multiple authentication methods:
- Standard email/password authentication
- Enterprise SSO via SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect
- Multi-factor authentication (configurable at the organization level)
After authentication, users land on the Content Dashboard. Brand access is controlled through a brand selector — users can switch between brands they have been granted access to. Themes and branding adapt dynamically based on the selected brand.
