What regular users do with exports and connected systems — not admin SSO or sync setup.

Export from an asset

Inside an asset, use export to download or hand off creatives. Available formats depend on content type and what your organization enabled. Common options include HTML, PDF, packaged ZIP, and design or social packages when configured.

Veeva Vault

Day-to-day Vault browsing lives under Veeva Vault in the Home sidebar. Use your own Vault credentials. Org-wide sync and connection provisioning are handled by administrators.

HubSpot

If HubSpot is enabled for your workspace, a HubSpot item appears under Workspace in the sidebar (/home/hubspot). Follow on-screen export or settings steps for that tenant.

Sign-in (SSO)

Many organizations use SSO. If you cannot sign in or need MFA enrolled, contact your IT / Solstice admin — users do not configure SSO inside the product.
